My Why
This podcast was born from something I’ve always loved...meaningful conversations. Over the years, I’ve realized that what fascinates me most isn’t just real estate, but the people behind the homes, their stories, career paths, personalities, and the experiences that shape them.
Each episode is a conversation with someone interesting about their journey, what drives them, and what “home” truly means to them. Because home is more than an address. it’s part of our story.
And at the end of every episode, I share a brief insight into the real estate market, keeping it grounded in what I know best: property, people, and perspective.
My Mission
The mission of this podcast is to bring people together through thoughtful conversation. Each episode offers a glimpse into someone else’s world, their work, their journey, their perspective, and what “home” means to them.
My hope is to create a space where listeners discover stories and perspectives they might not otherwise hear encouraging reflection, connection, and the reminder that every person carries a story worth hearing.

Bio
Jill Lamonte has called Las Vegas home since 1974 and is a graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. After a career in marketing and sales, she began a second chapter in real estate in 2013 and is now a Realtor® with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Nevada Properties.
Through her work in real estate, Jill has met people from all walks of life, an experience that inspired her podcast, Property, People, and Perspectives. She enjoys sitting down with interesting individuals and exploring the stories and perspectives that shape our lives.
In addition to her real estate career, Jill serves as a board advisor for Nevada HAND, supporting affordable housing initiatives throughout Southern Nevada.
